The scope of intervention encompasses sensitive architectural upgrades and public realm interventions to tie the site into the broader urban environment and create a positive interface and street edge. The landscape intervention aims to create a soft green edge to the building by introducing tree planting and soft landscaping to mediate the scale on the tall built form with the pedestrian environment and includes new paving, street furniture and planters.
